Hello, In order to configure our NetScalers to send/receive traffic to/from our backend infra servers (Citrix, AD servers) from a snip configured on the NetScaler, should we create VLANs? If yes, then the process is, create a vlan on netscaler, select an interface and select the appropriate snip to that vlan. With this configuration, any traffic received on that interface is routed to that snip we select in the vlan configuration. Other than this, is there any other configuration needed on the netscaler or backend actual network interfaces? Should we add a routing entry for this requirement alone? By def, when a snip is added, netscaler creates a routing entry. But for this specific requirement do we need any other config change on the netscaler other than mentioned above? Thank you in advance.

Is the server on the same VLAN? If so, nothing else needed. Otherwise you usually need static routes to reach servers on remote subnets.

When you say VLAN, are you referring to vlan on netscaler? We do have vlans on netscaler but no interface or ip is assigned to those vlans. There are multiple static routes though. How can we separate the server traffic on netscaler? Is it through vlans?

Correct, by assigning VLANs to interfaces, you make sure traffic for that vlan is "isolated" to that interface. Otherwise, NetScaler can use any interface.
