03/14/2024, 2:25 PMCan someone tell me where I should start looking for when you have a disconnected client and then the disconnected clnet tries to log in again and instead of Citrix attaching them to the disconected session it tries to open a new one on another server? (The user doesnt even appear in studio as disconected but they are in the windows server)

I have one customer on 2311.
No one has this issue with these two keys set.

03/14/2024, 3:04 PMYeah, i was looking for a little more info. I have one client that i will have to get a citrix response on what it actually does before changing the key. I will update what Citrix says its actually doing
