im on insiders dev channel and the latest build broke citrix connection. I dont know any troubleshoot or advanced tools to pinpoint the issue. I have tried to reinstall citrix workspace with /cleaninstall but im not sure if it clean registry keys although in citrix website they do say it cleans registry keys. the version for citrix to work is LTSR which is what installed. sounds like you're an end user and not an admin? unfortunately a majority of what you're looking, here and your 2nd message re: debug logs, for would be only accessible from the admin's side (specifically the resource you're trying to connect to, which looks like a Windows 10 desktop).
