We ran into the same issue with WEM service when it first started supporting direct links to delivery groups.

Can confirm there are a bunch of weird issues you can run into if your cloud ID has uppercase letters, my test/lab tenant had that issue.

Mike were you able to get it resolved? Or get your tenant renamed with lower case?

I didn't - by the time I found out that was the root issue it was reorg time. I don't believe they'd be able to do anything except provision a new tenant to solve it for a customer account; I don't think there's a way to just change the tenant ID of an existing account.

Thanks Mike - we want to at some point move our tenant from US to AP-S anyway so we might be able to kill two birds with one stone.
