Looks like it is our end the DIA is intermittently dropping connections to various citrix cloud urls as the bandwith on the DIA line is maxed out so LHC mode is transitioning in/out of LHC mode causing XML re registrations on storefront and VDA de regs and re registrations so i have set forcedoutagemode to 1 on the cloud connectors till they sort it
