Hey Folks, Amazon connect (call center) now support offloading using same tech than Teams, aka Citrix Unified Communication SDK (WebRTC SDK). Offloading doesn't work for us (W16, 2203CU3). MS Teams offloading works. Virtual channel allow list is disabled. I set the registry for WebSocket recommended by amazon to allow chrome, Edge. Does somebody has this working? Thanks!
