02/02/2024, 8:59 PMYou can put the Citrix app right in the portal to elminate a step going to Cloud page. I used that approach to put apps in the Okta portal one time. Let me see if I can find my notes on that if interested

02/05/2024, 1:03 PMso i was able to create a custom tile through m365admin center but SSO is not working. It redirects to the cloud workspace URL but prompts me to login..let me know if you guys have any additonal idea how i can make it more seamless and get SSO working.

02/06/2024, 3:32 PMWe setup SAML and were able to login to the portal using SSO. Unless you implement FAS, they will be required to log into the desktop after they connect to it.
I believe I read somewhere that Citrix was working on a solution to eliminate the requirement for FAS. But I believe it is still required for SSO all the way through.
