It's not FSlogix specifically but those extracted .msi's are usually dropped in a temp folder in the context of the account that installs it. So somewhere in %appdata%

Found them! You need to run thru the install in order to extract the MSI files at which point they can be found at "C:\programdata\Package Cache" in 2 separate GUID Folders. for example:
