Don't have any 14.1 yet, can't say if it's something there. Which version did you upgrade from? Another 14.1 x.x? If it's StoreFront, I'd recommend to check the Event Logs on the server(s) as that usually has some clue as to what's borked.

In which state is the Citrix Gateway?
f
@John bullough I had to rebind the basic authentication policies on one of our gateways following the update.
k
also, check StoreFront logs
+ from which version did you move to the new one
m
are there any storefront logs? I have not many 14.1 deployments but the only thing I had was that the error with No Intrenet IP available (but this should not impact ICA Proxy/Storefront)
c
If you have classic policies convert them to advanced.

I was getting the following error in the event logs on Storefront, error attached Before rolling back I checked: Citrix Default Domain Service was running at Storefront URL for storefront was correct in Session Policy on NetScaler STA's where up and configured correctly on both SF and NSG I removed the RADIUS policy to rule out a DUO issue Confirmed the SSO value was correct in the Session Policy on NS Confirmed Trusted Domain matched on SF Authentication. All were fine so not 100% sure what the issue was. On rollback it worked fine.

I have seen this before just when I updated the FW the solution I found is to use the the Session polices is to use the ip address of the Storefront LB and not the fqdn . Please give it a shot and let me know

Thanks, I’ll give that a go.
