Accessing Citrix site, or accessing own resources via citrix cloud? If latter, then yes across continents for the last 4 hours or so been seeing a lot of failures. Have ticket stuck in L1.

Yeah, I've been unable to even download updates this morning. Our Cloud Gateway Service is working fine now..

One would hope that Citrix's inability to handle the number of requests to download patches does not affect their ability to broker customer cloud connections via the cloud gateway - but it sure seems like one is affecting the other...

Something certainly happened as all my Windows 355 machines dropped offline and lost connectivity, although I'm suspecting an Azure/internet issue, which had a knock-on effect to Citrix Cloud
