I didn't have any classic expressions when going from 13.0 to 14.1, but quickly discovered that I had to go to 13.1 first because it thought that there was something incorrect about the enable features line and would delete it from the ns.conf file and any associated configurations. This seemed very bad to me. As far as classic expressions, I thought 13.1 and 14.1 were the releases where they were no longer allowed. Depreciated but allowed in 13.0.
