11/01/2023, 9:02 PMI can only say that Citrix support would not support us upgrading form 1912 to 2203 because VMWare did not produce a 7.0 package for our CPU (Only 3 yr old hardware). Although I'm pretty sure they would have played the same card if we tried to get support for issues on 1912, since it was on an unsupported version of VMWare.
