Well, Monitor(Cloud Director) has bits and pieces of it now. Not a full fledge layout like ADM/ADM Service has. When looking at a session Monitor(Cloud Director), you will see the ICA RTT and ICA Latency, on the right-hand side you should see "view details," it will give you information that sort of looks ADM likeish . But Ideally you will want the ADM service to capture the GaaS metrics for HDX insight now. I do not belive on prem ADM can do it, or so last time I checked. But yea, you will need to give them access to the Portal to veiw the metrics. Thanks Ray. Does Monitor -> ICA RTT -> View Details show Client Side Retrans/Client Side Retries? That's been their go-to for pointing at a WFH user's connectivity.

I don't believe it does at this time.

I don't believe the gateway service supports Appflow data export at all, unless they added it recently.

We've also got ControlUp, so with Solve getting closer and closer to RTC, maybe I'll just train Help desk to use that.

We don't.... But they're pushing it hard. We've got IGEL in our ROBOs, so that'd be another + for RDX
