If it’s in temp, you might be getting hit by the default redirections of temp data https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fslogix/reference-configuration-settings?tabs=profiles#settemptolocalpath

@James Kindon thanks james. its not in temp. and its only intermittent. ie; works 95% of the time but when it locks up the user needs to be moved to another RDS
