Sounds like you did not move the Container side to another location, and have both enabled, which will do just this. But that is a guess. need more infor here.

This is 100% it. Thank you! We're on the right track. We were a bit under the assumption that applying the policy on one side would then be smart enough to know to exclude from the other which really isn't the case. The documentation is vague at best about this, but after further testing this pointed us to the right location. Thank you very much.
