Yes, we do have that documented in our build process. If I manually run scrnsave.scr, it does black out the screen. However, when the screen saver kicks in that is not happening. Whatever is on the screen stays visible until we try to interact with it. Then it blanks and brings us to the login prompt.

OK, so more of a local graphics issue. Question, what happens if you connect from a device with a different version of Workspace, or the HTML5 client? I have seen something like this before and it was a mismatch between the VDA and Workspace.

It is happening across endpoints. ThinOS & Windows. It is also happening on ESXi and AHV hosted VMs. VDA 1912 and 2203.

I have the same issue, still unresolved as it's not a big one. Still keen to see if there is a fix!

There was a registry entry used back in the day. I wonder if it would help for your case? HKLM\Software\Citrix\Graphics\SetDisplayRequiredMode = 0

That is the setting from CTX205214. 8 yrs later, and it is still required when installing 2203... That setting does not seem to fix this issue though.

Yah, it's old and moldy. Are these machine running on a hypervisor or are they standalone boxes? If it's a hypervisor, you could see if there's an upgrade to that. Might help, not sure. Last time I saw this one was on 7.6 I think, and that reg key fixed it for me.
