The MCS preperation VM has an instruction disk that re arms Windows and office as part of the MCS process which looks like it has failed on your image update. There is powershell commands where you can stop the preperation VM from rebooting so you can log in and check logs. There is also powershell commands to skip the re arm for office and windows
