There's more to the story now, but I have a ticket open for the issue. 82306916 - I have not had a chance to provide info being requested. I hear there is likely a known bug: When you configure a customized path for Outlook OST files through a Group Policy or registry and the customized path contains user environment variables, Microsoft Outlook profiles might fail to load. [CVADHELP-23072]

Did you make progress on this case @Dennis Parker?

The issue I was having is supposed to be fixed in CU4, but [CVADHELP-23072] is also still listed as a known issue in CU4. I have deployed CU4 to internal staff, but we were already working. I won't be deploying to any clients until early next week.

So you mean [CVADHELP-23072] is listed under fixed and known issues? That known issues article hasn't been update in months, if the timestamp is correct.
