Update on this.. FF and Edge sorted with a GPO change.. Chrome is still an issue. I have found when I disable FSlogix I get the bookmars once I login/sync. Whats weird is I have the same issue on VDI with no FSLogix in the mix.. the same redirection.xml is used in nonpersistent prod and the bookmarks come down fine.. puzzling!

Its definitely FSLogix, its on the VDI image but not being used. The default setting in the include groups was and as it is 'everyone'. But there is not config being applied to these machines/users (local profiles). I removed everyone from the default FSL groups and logged into Chrome and I get the bookmarks.. mmm
