08/31/2023, 9:09 PMRichard we've been fighting this same issue for months now in a large multi-tenant environment. We are early in our testing, but are trying this on a handful of our VDA servers: Forcing use of the Universal Print Driver, which says "Use printer model specific drivers only if universal printing is unavailable.". We're still early in our testing but have not seen the crashing on the boxes that we have this enabled on.

08/31/2023, 10:31 PMIt's usually because a bad drivers but you don't. It could be a bad user(s) printing something that crash it.
