1. Put the Hosting Connection into maintenance mode, and take it out again
2. Restart the Citrix Broker Service on the Delivery Controller(s)

Yes on the second one that is exactly what I told them to do. But the client want to know why it’s happening. Which may be tough to find out but I’ll add the first one to my list though. Thanks man

08/22/2023, 8:13 AMIn my case it was when Controller lost connection to the master XenServer pool after a reboot for example ... it wouldn't come back automatically in 1912. Since 2203 it works and it's stable.
