In your dan certificate include both the shared dns name ie cvadsf.domain.com and each server fqdn separately. Then you can test using the server name. Remove the entries you put in the host file.

I have imported the certificate for cvadsf.domain.com in my storefront2 server but did not bind it. Thats the issue. Both storefront servers are working fine now.
