07/05/2023, 5:19 PMThank you for your replies.. upgraded 10.5 to 12.1 and then to 13.0. Since it is maintenance phase, we want to stick to it, rather than going to 13.1

07/05/2023, 5:21 PM@c4rm0 Guess what, I've used your article when performing the upgrade for HA netscalers. Yes, classic policy caused issue initially but we've removed few extra statements from the old one and it worked.
