Yes. But gotta do what gotta do. Luckily i don't have to do it these days but that was the force install path in the past for stubborn setups on persistent VMs.

I thought the Cleanup utility is to be used after a proper uninstall and not instead?

I've seen both methods being used

sometimes you just know you'll need the tool, and skip right to it. Usually on the third VM.....

I always recommend uninstall, cleanup reinstall.
