Hi Folks, I'd like to confirm my thinking. We need to replace our call center, currently Cisco Jabber with offloading in place via plugin installed on endpoint. Most likely it will a new Cloud browser based solution. Only audio in this case, no video. I am helping on the tender. For best quality (internal or via NetScaler Gateway) what is better, the native HDX audio redirection (in this case audio is sent trough the HDX/ICA channel) or BCR (html5 or webRTC for best result. If BCR VDA fetch and render the website, I would expect quality to be better. If server fetch and client render, I'd say it's the same than HDX audio, there is a small CPU hit to process audio on server. Thanks a mill! Julien
