Happy Wednesday, I am hoping someone could help me with an issue that has been causing me to pull what little bit of hair i have left out. We have an app, Cadwell Arc, that we have published and the app itself works fine. The problem is related to a Word Add-in that the app uses. On the master image as myself it works fine but not on the client vdas, MCS and Server 2019. It’s a custom add-in with a vsto ext that i have not worked with but looks very similar to a click once app. If I launch Word the add-in is disabled and when i try to enable it I get Installing Office customization error, the system cannot find the file specified. I have given authenticated users full control to that location of the add-in. Currently running Office 2016 a non-C2R version but I have tried 2016 and 2019 C2R versions with same results. It seems similar to the ClickOnce apps which used to not be supported by Citrix but just wanted to confirm I am not overlooking something obvious. Thanks in advanced…
