2024 afaik, critical release fixes are still being delivered. The same as with 12.1 until it went EOL.

Once EOM is reached there is no guarantee that security patches will be released for the platform, so don't plan on intentionally overshooting the EOM date.

Let them first create deliver a new MR instead of still FR versions then I'm willing to take a look, there are so many discussion regarding stability and fixes 13.1 vs 13.0 the latter is the better of the two. I'm not willing to force customers to that kind of setup.

I am simply telling you what the official policy was as recently as January, not dictating what you need to do.

I asked my Citrix TAM this question and was advised that security updates would be provided until EOL next year. 🤷‍♂️

I would not bank on that unless they've drastically changed their process. A few of the recent big ones weren't backported for versions EOM but not EOL. Probably a lot easier with v13+ behind the scenes but still.
