Just got this from Citrix: Nshelp-35288 For future reference :)
j
I had an issue as well with HTTP2 recently, it seems the Citrix Gateway still can't handle HTTP2 nor HTTP3 and it's 2023...seriously Citrix are you going to ever fix those nasty issues ?
j
Gateway not supporting HTTP2/3 isn’t a nasty issue tbh. Not all traffic benefits http2. And again, gateway is gateway. It’s completely separate from NetScaler except for the fact that it runs on the same box.
j
Please point me to the part in that documentation where this is mentionned.
j
Where what is mentioned?
j
that HTTP2 nor HTTP3 is supported by Citrix Gateway VIP
j
It’s not supported, as I was saying. I’m just saying that not supporting it doesn’t mean it is an issue…
j
at the very least this should be documented so we don't waste time and money trying to enable it.
j
Well, you can go to https://docs.netscaler.com/en-us/citrix-adc/current-release/system/http-configurations/configuring-http2.html and suggest an update of the documentation. They will gladly add it…
j
right I love doing their job for free 😁
done
j
I get your point, but we are all human. At least the documentation team keeps track and on top of these suggestions!

Strange, i have the issue on a couple of VPX in HA with http2 profile on gateway (VPN) but not with the standalone VPX of preproduction (very few users connected)
k
Did any of you get an ETA for the fixed build? I need to schedule upgrades next week for one 13.0 pair which is using HTTP/2 for one CS vServer...
s
No, sorry 😞 Hopefully in the next regular build release.
k
So the best option would be to disable http/2 for now and upgrade
s
Yep
