Yes, i choosed the NetScaler channel because i did the NS update yesterday afternoon and today in the morning i've got three tickets from users. So this was the "first choice channel" ;)

it wouldn't depend on CWA version of the windows client, but on the intermediate / root certs loaded into the windows certificate store. There might be a difference in internet access and a windows client not being able to pull down updated intermediate certs for example. That would then manifest this behavior as soon as your full cert chain (minus root) is no longer sent by netscaler.
