I have seen the same result at a customer running with the configuration/versions as you. I havent spend much time looking in to it as it only happens randomly. But we are currently trying the three keys mentioned here, to see if they help: https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/416254-2203-ltsr-issues/page/7/considering (FastReconnect doesnt apply to 2016 though)
