04/27/2023, 2:58 AMI found out if I take Server 2022 RTM, install the VDA, and then install current cumulative updates, the VDA functions and ICA connections work.
If I take Server 2022 RTM, patch it up with current patches, and then install the VDA, ICA connections do not work.
I replicated this with another machine for my own sanity.
