Not positive on how you determine that, but I always make sure the license server is the build for the version of CVAD. So if it is 2203, then I make the client update the licensing server to that build in the docs.

yeah, the problem they are getting migrated to citrix cloud soon and i was hoping i didn't need to upgrade their current license server. not sure what other options i have.

License Server Uprade usually takes less than 10 minutes so go for it
