Hey Marion, try getting the automatic license and manually saving the config before you reboot. Sounds like a weird one for sure, what firmware revision is this?

13.1 42.47, we had the same error with the initial built which was 13.1 4.xxx, really three numbers in the end so some kind of private build. How should the online licensing work? Does it need a constant connection to the internet? I honestly never used it before. thanks

Which license are you trying to apply to the SDX? I just did a 9100z last week and didn't have any issues. I applied this license

It's an MPX and yes they are Zero Capacity, I try to assign the Platfrom License.

I'd say call Citrix support but you might as well just dig a hole and ask your question into it for all the help you will get

Did you open a tech support question or a licensing question? Licensing should be a warm transfer vs callback; or has that changed too?
