Any WorkspaceOne UEM / Android EMM (Work Profile) folks around for me to bounce questions off of?

Anyone here who has a working geofencing setup with WS1 UEM and specific to SDK enabled apps, the boxer, web apps? I have the geofencing working within resource profiles, but this should also apply to SDK enabled apps as well, so I've tried to configure an boxer/web app with the default iOS SDK policy and geofencing enabled or a custom but none of these seem to do anything when using it that way. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

With WS1.* going to KKR, what does that mean for VCF shops like ours, that lean on WSA for IAM for our SDDC components; ie. Aria Suite?

It means you negotiate a good deal with Broadcom or you look into alternatives.

Euc will have a good price bundled in for vSphere for the desktop workloads, but it’s unlikely to allow for external infrastructure hosting. You could argue WSA could be used for this but it’s a grey area, given how things have gone lately I’d have a contingency plan.

And is this still necessary regarding importing profiles, I seem to recall/read that this is in the console now.

We just published a blog on BitLocker management with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM https://techzone.omnissa.com/resource/enabling-bitlocker-encryption-remote-windows-devices-workspace-one-operational-tutorial . in the light of the events of last week, this may be a good read (it will come up in some meetings this week for sure) I hope everyone got home (those who traveled - I know about 20 people who were stuck) and you devices got fixed for those affected.

Has anyone opened any WS1UEM tickets recently? If so what are your response times looking like? I opened my first of the year, a sev 2, at 8:30a PDT and have yet to be contacted outside of the ticket ack. Wondering if this is consistent with other's experiences.

Have you tried using the ObjectCategory filter in your base DN path, see examples here https://docs.omnissa.com/bundle/ws1_access_directoryV22.09/page/SpecifyingFiltersforDirectorySyncinWorkspaceONEAccess.html. That type of AD query filter is very flexible.

For Workspace One, I see the docs call on 'on premises' Citrix required for it integrating and enumerating Citrix resources as well. Looks like Studio requirement and SDKs, etc. Can somebody tell me then based on that, my assumption is that Citrix Cloud/Connectors would not allow integration with Workspace One for that functionality? @Rob Beekmans figured you might know for sure. Thanks!

Purely anecdotal and a small sample size, but our org had a 29 minute ticket open to resolution WS1, support experience yesterday. First contact after ticket was created had a solution in it, with a Zoom invite if the admin who opened the ticket needed hand holding. 👏🏼
