Posting to diff profile management channels - Does anyone roam/include the folder Appdata\Local\Microsoft\Identitycache ? (Alot of info online about it needs to roamed for MS teams to prevent constant sign ins) we roamed it as all our O365 apps like word/excel were constantly prompting for sign in and had errors "Account error: sorry we cant get to your account right now to fix this issue please sign in again ". When roaming the folder the issues with O365 sign in prompts and account errors went away but it is causing us another issue where Outlook decides not to open randomly for random users (outlook process is running in task manager and not hung or crashed and no errors in event logs ) if you end the process and re launch or log off the session and re launch on a different server its fine. When i remove the include we get the O365 sign in prompts and Account errors again but we then dont see the Outlook not opening issues... Tearing my hair out with this one

Hi everyone, I am encountering an issue when importing group policies into policy configurations. The import process is successful, but I can't seem to locate the imported policy in the configuration. It doesn't appear in any of the nodes. Has anyone else experienced this?

Customer integrating FSLogix ODFC along Workspace Control for user profiles. We've believe we have configured Ivanti to not capture any of the ODFC apps (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook Customizations). Users receive an ODFC profile at login and then at logoff, we see the container detach. We do see leftover items in c:\users\username under appdata\local and appdata\roaming, but nothing is in there for say OneDrive (empty folders). However we see that Ivanti is not deleting the users local profile and we cannot delete it either. Next time user logs into server, they get a .001 profile and so on. If we disable ODFC, Ivanti works as expected with deleting the profile. Enable ODFC, we have the leftover profile issue. It feels like both products are battling each other to manage the user's data. Any idea on where I can start troubleshooting this?

We roam Outlook signatures in ivanti personalization server as part of a WSG on our Citrix enviroment. Had quite a few users complain their outlook signatures are missing and when you check in outlook the signatures are blank and missing. When browsing the users personalization data i see the signatures so they are deff their and all other personalization is working fine. I recall microsoft allowed roaming of signatures to the cloud so i set this reg key to turn off the cloud roaming and it fixed it immediatly after a close/reopen of outlook. Anyone else had similar issues ? is it safe to set this reg key across the estate ? Path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Setup\ Value: DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle
