Long shot... anyone here got any XP running Avaya Spaces in CVAD? A customer is running it in CVAD1912 and have mic/camera issues (in that they don't work/not detected...) other (supported) collab apps like Teams are fine, cheers

Got a weird one i never seen before in a 7.15 site I right click on any existing MCS provisioned machine catalog in studio and choose add machine to add a machine to the catalog and go through all the options such as number of machines/OU/naming scheme and click finish nothing happens no green progress bar on the machine catalog in studio and nothing under actions in studio and nothing in get-provtask -active $true. I am a full citrix admin in studio confirmed with a perms report in administrators node in studio i am assigned the full admin role/all scope. On the OU where i am provisioning the machines to i can go to the OU in AD users and computers and manually create the computer object in that OU so AD perms ok. i use the same account to access studio as per the account i tested Ad users & computers with. I dont see nothing in Vcenter it doesnt get that far nothing in tasks or events and no new VM being created. Testing the hosting connection/resources and all good and get-brokerhypervisorconection doesnt suggest anything a miss. I see nothing in the event logs on the DDC but I see a error in the configuration logging node in studio it has my id "adds 1 machine to machine catalog win10-vdi" failed when you look at the resulting tasks on the log they are all successfull. I have checked the log database strings with get-logdatastore and get-logdbconnection and also tested the db connection and its all good. The weird thing is there is one person who can add machines to the same MCS machine catalogs but there is quite a few of us who cant which stinks of perms but i have triple checked the perms and i know i am a local admin on the DDC / full admin in studio / got create computer object perms on the OU so I am baffled as to why its not working. I also checked the configuration logging database in SSMS to see if DB had been set to a max size but maxsize is set to unlimited. I also checked the controllers SQL logins and they have correct sql roles all are mapped to the correct databases and have the correct DB roles assigned anyone got any ideas or seen this before ??
