05/13/2020, 5:49 PMI don't know why I haven't had this be an issue in the past, but maybe it wasn't as important as these days. I now have situations like teachers needing to print report cards in duplex from home through Citrix and they are on MACs. Of course with MACs we are using the "HP Color Laserjet 2800 Series PS" Microsoft driver for the redirection from 2016 Server OS as we need to in order for it work work at all. Standard stuff https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX140208 However, what I am finding is that this driver apparently doesn't support duplex printing. I assumed this would be simple one, but am coming to find out, maybe not so much. Seems like something I would have had come up before, but nope. ha Anyway, for those of you supporting MACs and doing duplex printing from HSA/SBC models with redirected printers, what driver are you using in the image? Will try another if somebody has one they are using that gives me that option. - s

05/21/2020, 9:56 PMNot sure if this is the right place - has anyone used the Office "Mobile" apps from the App store in a non-persistent environment? We have a group of users that do not have MS Office or MS365 but need to view Office docs. The old "Office Viewers" have been killed off, unsupported, etc. Their replacement is the Mobile app in the App Store, which is just a nice pretty viewer. The issue is that it seems to be a 'per user' install, and not installed into the base image. - s
