Question about Citrix Probe Agent with Site aggregation. From Director we only see the apps for that site. How do we select those aggregated apps to be probed and sent to the registered Director server?

Hey guys, seeing an odd issue on one of the SF environments. Single SF server, Netscaler 14.1, DUO MFA. Randomly getting "Cannot complete your request" and on SF seeing errors 1, 7, and 10. The issue is super random and affects all browsers and regular and private modes seemingly randomly. Anyone seen anything similar?

Hi all, I´m having issues connecting iOS Devices to an external store. Windows CWAs working just fine. I use newest 14.1 GW with nfactor. From the user perspective I add a new account using external portal address, authenticate with nfactor. After that there is a delay of about a minute, results in "Cannot connect to server: please check network and try again" I enabled debug logs and can see, that the iOS client is able to retreive the list of the resources, however breaks with this DNS error:

Has anyone ever had the issue where StoreFront randomly stops trusting a Cloud Connector for XML traffic? I'm running version 2402. Initially, I thought it might be something strange with the StoreFront servers, so I rebuilt them using 2402 CU1. Everything seemed fine at first, but after a few hours, I started seeing this error: "The Citrix servers do not trust the server. This message was reported from the XML Service at address...". I initially had the Cloud Connectors behind a VIP, so I added them individually into StoreFront. Event logs show that each Cloud Connector passes the test (e.g., "The Citrix XML Service at address REDACTED has passed the background health check and has been restored to the list of active services."), and I can launch applications without issues for a short period. However, they start becoming untrusted randomly, and users encounter problems trying to launch resources. Then, after a few minutes, everything starts working again. I've tried deploying new StoreFront and Cloud Connector servers, but the issue persists.

Is it possible to set a Store to only show applications that are published to the user, and not any desktops?

It gives no errors and the blog doesn't list any requirements. Im a full admin and I can UNC without issue.

Customer using SF 2203 and really loves green bubble theme/scheme. Anyone been able to reconfigure a SF site to use Green Bubble theme/background (specifically this monstrosity)?

Running Netscaler with an access gateway. User is authenticated with OAuth on an external IdP. Citrix FAS is in place. Intermittently users have no resources in Storefront but the username is displayed. After waiting some time / refreshing the browser resources become visible. We troubleshooted every part of the Citrix chain but all looks just fine. No errors or warnings or whatsoever. It’s unknown when this behavior started. • Netscaler 14.1 (latest) • CVAD 2402 LTSR CU1 Have you got any clues?

Storefront - Shortcuts Hello all ! I try to find a way to close the web browser tab when using Storefront shortcuts to launch application. We can remove the prompte to launch the app by modifying the web.config file (<appShortcuts promptForUntrustedShortcuts="false">) but I can't find a way to close the tab. If I try to do this with a javascript function I obtain the error (in the debug console) : "scripts may close only the windows that were opened by them." Thank you for helping me to solve this headache 😉

Hello All, We have two StoreFront 2203 LTSR CU4 installations on Server 2016. After a Citrix Health Check, we were advised to upgrade the OS Server 2016 to server 2019. We created two new Server 2019 instances, exported the StoreFront configuration via PowerShell, and imported it to the new Server 2019. according to Citrix documentation: https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/storefront/2203-ltsr/export-import-storefront-config Now, we have an issue: our SSO stores are not working, and we receive the error "No logon methods are available on this platform." Meanwhile, the old Server 2016 has no issues with our SSO stores. Is there a way to completely disable beaconing on Workspace App/SF? I have need to force all traffic through the NetScaler, even when internally. I was eyeing ‘*Clear-STFRoamingBeacon’.* However this prompts me for “Roaming Service” and I’m not sure what value to put in there (I’ve tried several with no luck)

Hi, I changed the load balancing of Storefront to the same Netscaler for the Access Gateway. CWA never gets detected anymore. POST /ClientAssistant/GetDetectionStatus response is ‘status=Waiting’. What did I miss? BTW, resources can still be used. The only problem is the detection of CWA.

With Modern UI/Experience being GA since 2411, what are your experiences deploying this in prod?

Does anybody have any decent documentation around configuring GSLB for Storefront internally in an "active/active" setup? Externally we use Gateways. Internally, we load balance a pair of SF servers in each data center utilizing a LB Vserver in each data center. We configured GSLB, but are having issues with persistence. We've tried all of the different persistence settings both on the service and the GSLB object. We're actively working with support, but it's slow going. I'm not finding much documentation online for GSLB and Storefront specifically.

Hello, how many concurrent user connections does StoreFront version 2402 CU2 support? I couldn’t find anything in the official documentation, but I found an article saying that a single StoreFront server with the minimum configuration can support up to 30,000 user connections per hour. Around 1,500 total users. In case of an emergency, can a single StoreFront server handle all the user requests? Thanks

StoreFront 2507 LTSR has been released! Not much functionality since 2503 but there have been a lot of bug fixes. See release notes.

In 2507, Workspace App detection has been removed for App Protection for hybrid launch. Can anyone explain this change? It seems to me, that Citrix is lowering security, by doing this.

We have StoreFront setup behind GSLB running v2402 CU1. When we do GSLB failover, launching apps from CWA doesn't work until we reset CWA or restart SF servers in non-active datacenter. Launching apps from browser is no problem. We don't know when the issue started but this was working earlier, we noticed few months back when we did DR failover testing. Error when launching apps - Unable to start Anyone seen this issue?
