Hi, For a customer we are trying to build an image, which contains fewest roles and features, and started looking at Session Recording Agent features. Does anyone know if all of the HTTP support features needs to be enabled? Citrix has provided a install script, which installs all the subfeatures for HTTP support. But in the past, they have been lacy, like "you need domain admin, for this to work". So I was wondering if its the same with this.

Hi, A customer is using load balanced session recording. Enable_LB is set and all traffic through netscaler is working. Three 1009 eventlog errors is showing "Exception caught while obtaining session metadata or running record policy query" ending in a 3007 error "Exceeded maximum retries for obtaining session metadata or record policy query result for session XX" Agent registry settings: BrokerHttpPort > 443 MsmqHttpPort > 0 MsmqUseHttp > 1 MsmqUseSecureChannel > 1 Agent: Server 2025 Session Recording 2411 Session Recording servers: Server 2025 Netscaler configured in accordance to Citrix docs. https://support.citrix.com/s/article/CTX460174-session-recording-player-is-unable-to-find-the-recorded-sessions?language=en_US FarmName is populated Any help would be appreciated 🙂

How long does it take for a Recording Policy to take effect? Is there a method to force immediately?

Hello Everyone, just wondering if its possible to somehow match these recordings to their respective user's userid? So we had an issue wherein the recording server was rebooted and the connections were not disabled in load balancing. When the server was up, sessions came pouring in and the recording server was not able to establish connection yet to the file share, and started to save recordings in the local C: drive. Thanks in advance for your responses! 🙂🙏

so i just found out that the File Id that you can find in the recording properties in the player corresponds to the file name saved in the share 🙂
