Seeing a new issue with the latest UberAgent. I am getting the unlicensed pop-up message now on my 2022 VDA machines. License file looks good, but getting the error ,LicenseCheck,No matching device license found. Device type: server in the logs.

Are Citrix working to create their own consoles for UberAgent? Either via Kibana or some other mechanism? With the amount of Data ingress to Splunk a lot of customers can't afford to utilize it. And the community consoles provided in Kibana need a lot of work to unlock the same level of functionality in Splunk. The big customers that are licensed for it are looking at potential GB of ingress of Data per day into Splunk, and with their new subscription model they are looking at significant upgrades to their contracts.

I actually don't use the SBC/VDI bit or see data there myself, as we haven't bothered with the DDC integration. Is all the other data there from the other sections of the uberAgent UXM app?

Found an issue in Director, wanted to bounce it off of all of you. Working to find a better alert system for when machines are down. We can't use machine failures, as full machines get logged as errors, even when we have lots of capacity. We are testing out User Connection Failure Percentage, but the logic on that seems wrong. We were looking at setting it to 5 percent warning, 10 percent critical. As we have 25000 concurrent sessions, that should give us good vis into issues. Alerts immediately triggered. Even though from the description we were way under that amount of issues. Move it up to 50 percent 80 percent. And we still got warnings. Is it because users are in sessions, and so it just tracks against people trying to get in, and not counting those valid sessions?
