In a new episode of "What's in your Office?" If we haven't met (and you're not a Funko Pop fan) on the left is the Red (best) Sour Patch Kid. "First they're Sour, then they're Sweet!" (raises hand) Then "Build your kids at Citrix Synergy and add CUGC phone and a pint." Then Funko Pop Me! (if you know my dog Indy, wine... you know) I appreciate seeing the real you because I enjoy getting to know people around the world, but also understand it's not always feasible. Are you Team Real or Team Green Screen?

How do think AI Agent and in general AI will be the next big thing for us? Even in EUC AI will replace our users at some stage, we need to adapt! Adapt or find a new job is a bit how I see this coming. I don't like it, I don't like AI replacing human job, not many architects will be needed.

Did anyone else have weird issues with using this Slack group? For whatever reason I wasn't able to switch to this group using the desktop app for days. (iOS app worked) Then this morning it suddenly started working. A colleague of mine reported the same thing. This is of course the kind of app issue that's basically impossible to perform an RCA on.

So Citrix Support now is emailing me forum posts to see if I can answer them as part of being a "Community Expert". Where do I submit my timecard for my time? 😉

Does every answer to a thread on community.citrix.com have to be approved by a mod? Or is it dependant on the rank?

My e-mail account is through my ISP (Verizon), who outsourced their e-mail hosting to AOL, which is completely down right now. Yes, it's 2025, and I am tangentially associated with AOL...

For a couple years I've been using a fantastic app called Virtual Display Manager. I use a 42" 4K monitor as my primary display, and I despise maximizing an app - who needs a browser taking up that much space? VDM lets me split it into 4 quadrants, basically 4 21in 1080P monitors. I started having issues with getting Citrix Workspace app to respect the monitors on CWA 2507 so I was playing around with the "monitor layout" preference and today I learned I can do it natively on the workspace app! I changed it to 50% horizontal, 50% vertical, and boom - maximize the workspace app and it looks like 4 monitors. This works on any size monitor (though not much value on anything smaller than a 40IN I'd think, or maybe a superwide). I was able to figure out how to get VDM to work with it so I can keep it enabled so my main system stays with the 4 quadrants so I will continue to use it, but if you're locked to a corporate device and can't load software, but can still use Citrix, it will work natively! If you haven't tried using a large 42" monitor, you're missing out. I keep citrix running on the 4 screens and have a separate 21in 1080P that I can slide my mouse back to my personal system. Very convenient!

lol at me trying to track down a technical reason why memory consumption looked like an ice pick for one seemingly random day in our environment yesterday.... then help desk reminding me that yesterday, our largest office had a fire drill yesterday (we're on the 18-23rd floors of that building) and it was optional to be "in office" vs take the stairs.

Can't access my old 3D printing thread, but I know at least one of you bought an Elegoo Centauri Carbon. Feels like they pulled the rug out from under you guys with this news. Meanwhile, Bambu has released like 30 printers in the last 6 months, with more on the way.
