It was founded in 1994 to support and promote the ‘new media’ industry in New York City. In 1996, CJ bought shares of Apple for $22 and $24 a share. @Franicia Please ask the following questions: 1. Is it acceptable to use "TM" next to our trademarks even if they're not registered with the USPTO? 2. Is it acceptable to do the leg work ourselves to register a trademark with the USPTO or is a lawyer required to complete that process?
