@Franicia There are forums on the Adobe site. It seems that there is someone else that is having a similar issue to you, and an Adobe staff member is helping him. That forum link is https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2420585

@Franicia Before we abandon using the iPad, we should see if there is something that we can do to make Adobe mobile apps work like they're designed. Maybe there's something that we can do such as empty out unused items from the app's library so that it's more responsive.

@Tim That’s true. I wonder if I have to use Astropad to use Illustrator on the ipad or something.
t
@Franicia Maybe. You really should be able to use the Adobe mobile apps. If other people have experienced what you're experiencing, maybe they've also been able to solve the problem. Adobe may be unaware that there is an issue with power users. 🤔
f
@Tim That’s true! I was thinking that also. If other app makers can make powerful illustration apps, why not Adobe?

@Franicia Would you like for me to post that we're having a similar situation with our iPad? Would you mind describing your issues in this note? http://www.evernote.com/l/AOzC-OI2nelBurZ5DJVKbYDpuyC8vDv81rs/
f
@Tim Sure! I can’t post myself, right? I don’t have an account?
t
@Franicia You can. You'll use my email address to log in, but the display name is Tim & Franicia.
f
@Tim That is good to know! It would be helpful if you help me draft something in person.
