@Franicia If Sagebrain retains the copyright, that's good for you and for us since we own Sagebrain. If we choose to sell it later, then the copyright would go with the brand. Or, if we turn Sagebrain over to one of our children, then they'll get royalties from the company right?

@Franicia From what I gather, Disney (the company) owns the copyright and trademark for Mickey Mouse.
