@Tim I just sent Jim Cockrum this children’s book course proposal: Jim, My husband Tim and I have been long-time students of yours since ebay days and first and second editions of Silent Sales Machine were introduced. We can’t count how many times we’ve referred people to your book since then especially recently when we share high ebay sales. We bought the PAC a while back and many other courses like Private Label, Merch, the PL database, PPI?, and probably more. My question is, would you be interested in us teaming up with you to offer a new course? I was thinking it would be called something like “Proven Childrens Books.” *We’re lovers and believers of Jesus. *We both attended an institution of integrity (U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis where my husband is a grad). *We have published 7 children’s books, 1 adult coloring book, and 2 “secret brand project” children’s coloring books that I’ve created. *I’ve authored and illustrated all except our first hardcover book which we hired a Christian water color artist to illustrate. (I’ve edited the photographs and we are releasing a new title and book within the next few months). See I Know You Love Me, Mommy and Daddy which we ran a successful Kickstarter for *I made the graphics of two of my children’s books using my iphone. See There Was an Egg and There Was a Bird. *I hand drew and then digitally colored the drawings of one of my books with my ipad/iphone. See Count Them With Me. *As a bonus, I made the graphics for my adult coloring book using an app on my phone and then transferred it to my laptop. See Clusters and Medallions *We have experience self-publishing hardcover and softcover books through Ingram Spark. We started transferring our softcover books to Createspace to be more competitive price-wise. *We also have experience converting our children’s books and uploading them to Kindle books. *Hiring a water color artist for one of our books cost us thousands of dollars. By doing a lot of the work myself for our other books, I saved us at least $24,000-60,000 alone on illustrations unless someone uses Fiverr which we haven’t. The book layout alone is worth another $1,000-3,000 at least and not counting converting to Kindle and more. I wanted to keep this short, but also detailed enough to answer any questions.
