@Tim Cathy has been asking a lot of questions about the website. I’ve explained a lot by email. Should we make a Slack channel where she could see photos and more and also invite others to join the team in her circle? Trello may seem like the best option in some ways for long term use, but when you add a photo, it doesn’t seem to automatically be added to the thread. Also, can you screenshare and make calls on Trello? My other concern over Slack is that over time the photos like logo images shared have disappeared there. I know it’s not a sustaining place for things like photo files, but is painful when it is the fastest and easiest (especially for someone like Cathy who is not well-versed with as much business software as we are) way to share that.

@Franicia I wonder if Microsoft Teams may be a better fit. Files uploaded there go to a team folder in OneDrive which would give more control over storage and archiving.

@Tim I like how Trello can be sorted into categories and be easily used on the iphone. Some things take women a while to understand. I’m also more familiar with it.

@Franicia Don’t delete it — just rename it and delete its contents. I doubt that we’ll need the contents any time. If you really want to keep the contents, then you can upgrade Trello so that you can have more boards.

@Tim Can you upgrade Trello? When Trello is upgraded, does this mean we can make more boards?

@Tim I’m trying to copy and share the link of our folders for Cathy’s things from Google Drive. I was going to file them in Trello so Cathy and whoever else in the team can find them. I might not have permission or it may be something I can’t do on my phone. Cathy’s folder is under our Wholesome Press folder in Google Team Drive.

@Franicia I think that it would be best to create a “Cathy D Byrum” Team Drive. We can add her to the drive. With the way that Team Drives work, it’s not possible to share individual folders or files with users.

@Tim I wasn’t sure quite yet. I just added the About page today because I wanted it to focus on that when I improved something. 😊

@Franicia BTW, if you want to bold things, use asterisks at the beginning and end of the sentence/words. I try to do that when I name threads.
