@Tim @Children I’m done suggesting edits. Some of them apply to the whole book. I’ll see what it looks like after new edits are made. :)

@Tim I’m not seeing an updated version to comment on. I can only see her original shared book. We both keep seeing if what I’m viewing is current for the Adobe-commenting file or link above.

@Franicia Did she make updates? If so, she'll have to share the file again for comments/inputs. It's pretty easy to do. There's a sharing icon on the top right corner of the ID window, and ID walks you through the process. Mainly, we just need the new link.

@Tim @Children Yes, Pelaiah did make updates. Thank you for those instructions above! I tagged her here so she can know to look. 😀

@Children I had never heard this before today, but apparently Naval Station Great Lakes is known as the "Quarterdeck of the Navy" probably because Recruit Training Command (RTC) is located there. https://www.popularpatch.com/navy-patches/base-patches/naval-station-great-lakes-illinois-patch

@Tim That is really neat that it’s called the “Quarterdeck of the Navy” and you figured that out too! 😀

@Tim @Children Pelaiah and I just finished an hour and a half session on feedback on improving her book. I spotted a number of issues and errors including the new reduced and size 9 font (which should be at least size 12) as well as line spacing that looks to be around 0.5. Also, we spoke about ways to make the book look more professional and have more of a variety to it while also maintaining consistency. The title page and isbn is missing along with a number of things. Also, there is no reference to the author and illustrators for proper credit. So it makes it look like Jocko endorses or almost wrote the book since only his name appears in the beginning. I see that adding that quote in that way can run us into a number of red flags without his express approval especially with the way it’s laid out. Typically, quotes from people without approval are usually embedded within chapters and not front and center such as in this case.
@Tim @Children We need to assign an ISBN number for Pelaiah’s hardcover book. I can’t seem to find the document. Can you help me out?

@Pelaiah You asked the question below just now:
I have been trying to find the copyright laws that apply to the illustrations for the book. I’m not finding anything that applies to my specific circumstance. Do you have any recommendations?
Let me do some research too.

@Pelaiah I haven’t read this whole article yet on Felt Magnet, but it seems to be right in line with what we’re trying to do with your book.

@Pelaiah Here’s another answer from Quora.
@Pelaiah Here’s another one from Emily Rose Fine Art.
@Pelaiah There are a lot of answers at the following Google Search where I searched for “using photograph for sketch copyright.”
