I think it would be a great idea to have a label maker that even the young ones are allowed to learn how to use. :blush:

I’m going to finish eating first. I normally try not to work on responses while I’m eating but needed to get this taken care of or I’ll forget. Next time, I should just have a paper or other type of to-do list so I’m able to eat and relax well —- keeping the healthy habits and being a good example —- moving forward. :heart_eyes:

<@U02BKFX3R> <@UR1LN7RJ8> I started using Evernote today for today’s to-do list. I might have some written in a planner for a week and month view which is similar to the Family Brigadetastic Binder concept.

In the past few weeks while I was organizing our books, garage, papers, and things, I came across a number of my old planners. It was helpful for me to see what was helpful for me. I also found organizer sheets I had made for myself!

I labeled my Evernote for to-do tasks with the following:

<@U02BKFX3R> Is what I wrote above grammatically correct? I’m looking at the last portion specifically with the use of the list in quotations and anything in regards to that segment. :blush::writing_hand:

<@U02BY23UR> Yes, it's correct. I'd remove the day of the week, though. That could make the search results a little tricky when you search for a specific day.

<@U02BKFX3R> How will placing the day of the week make it tricky? 

I placed it so my brain can work a certain way. One reason is that I can see the numbers, but it doesn’t show me that my tasks were from the weekend, or middle of the week, etc.

In seeing and knowing the day of the week, I am more efficient and able to apply a number of things such as seeing if I’m doing the most tasks on the same day of the week. Today is a music lesson (primarily piano) kind of day.

Also, I can see that I think I barely schedule anything on a Thursday or homeopathic class day which happens on alternate weeks usually. I may think that I’m not very busy but actually am and therefore won’t do certain tasks or be prepared ahead of time even making lists or getting things done a day, days,  or week in advance.

<@U02BKFX3R> <@UR1LN7RJ8> Instead of possibly dreading our next move due to many unforeseen circumstances and mainly lodging and costs, it might give us more breathing room to have any idea of preparation or at least a decent plan to have a certain amount of money or resources allocated for that time.

One was an enneagram one from a Beth lady because I had used her free test. I think she sent five emails yesterday.

The other one I unsubscribed to was a business one that I’m not sure how I got on their email list. Her material is not very familiar at this time and last name is Calhoun.

The third thing I took care of today in regards to email is respond to a Private Label Mastery (PLM) representative Kaitlyn to remove both of my personal email addresses from those emails and instead to swap it over to our hello one at timandfranicia. That way I can see it in the groups if and when I want to, and I won’t be getting it in my inbox.

<@U02BKFX3R> <@UR1LN7RJ8> Your daddy and I are writing down plans of various things and ways of how we used to watch you children at different stages such as utilizing a large play yard for short times of play, certain areas for short times of sleep for a baby, and using different toys or activities such as a netted trampoline for play and burning off energy in a good way daily.

We would like you older children to draft up your own ideas and plans individually to see if you like certain ideas or even come up with new ones yourself that are better than what we’ve ever used before! :blush::+1:

The goal is to have this done by tomorrow.

These are some of the topics for plans I have in mind which can change too:

(Note: We may not use the examples below. They are there to give ideas and examples. :blush:)

1. Play time (outdoor netted trampoline; play yard for Joseph for one to three hours a day total with a young one sitting and playing or reading beside him or talking to him helping keep an eye on him; swimming pool for Gabriel, Priscilla, and the younger ones for an hour of good play; netted large trampoline for the living room; toddler gymnastics gym in the living room for all the young ones to burn energy where they can be supervised by most of us indoors)
2. Naps &amp; Sleep (play yard for transferring Joseph for nap times a few hours a day; Gabriel lays on a padded area on the rug in front of Mommy for nap time; toddler futon or alternative for a comfortable nap period for Gabriel)
3. Music practice (who watches Gabriel and options and activities for that, Joseph, etc.)
4. Potty and diapers
5. Break times and play times (short and long periods during the day)
6. Clean up breakdown (after meals, area checks such as restrooms, laundry, helping Gabriel)
7. Study time (assigned study places and options for certain times of the day; computer or Chromebook time; writing time for daily essays, grammar work, vocabulary and spelling, handwriting, etc.)
8. Exercise time (times and options; activities; locations; people who take part in those slots)
9. Downtime (relaxing; napping; watching; talking; reading; writing; playing an instrument; drawing; crafting; walking; sitting, etc.)(It helps us to at least schedule these times as goal times daily or we won’t get them. This could be as simple as scheduling a time slot of 45 minutes to 1 hour of relax time to do any of those things that can alternate on certain days or be a daily weekday goal 
— anything.)
10. Unique day and weekend plans (drill weekends, hair cutting day, chiropractor visits, etc.)(This helps us to see what we can do to maximize those times that do happen which may change our regular routines. On appointment days, we can use a plan that looks similar. It’s a plan for a more productive “unique day.”)



@channel I think it’s important to have some kind of check-in system or something so I’m not constantly asking who is watching Gabriel throughout the day. This triggers stress because he’s sometimes assumed to have been watched and will take off.

<@U02BKFX3R> <@UR1LN7RJ8> These bins were a hazard and destroying the yellow bin’s lid underneath too. Heistheway moved them. Remember not to block the access to our bookshelves. I keep clearing the path many times again when I go to look for books. This clearing out process uses up a lot of the little time I have at times.

Please let your siblings know not to block the bookshelves since they’re not part of this Slack group. We can tell them another time too. :)

Yes! If we put the shelving where the stack of bins are on the right, maybe we could be able to free up space for the BJJ mat!

Would that shelving be for these heavy bins, the things in the bins, the items around the garage other than the bins, or a combination?

<@U02BKFX3R> That shelving looks great! Would it be primarily for the area beside the bookshelves? You may be one of the best ones to measure that area since there’s so much stuff, huh?

<@U02BY23UR> I’m thinking that I might put it against the same wall that the rig is on. If we need more shelving, then I’m thinking that I will put it at the entrance of the double-wide side of the garage kind of like a wall so that the space next to the bookshelves is as open as possible.  

<@U02BKFX3R> Those are great ideas for the placement! 

1.)Do we need a better way to store the bikes too? 

2.)Do the lockers limit our storage capabilities at this point?

<@U02BY23UR> 1.) The bikes are not very easy to store. Yes, it would be nice to have a better way to store them. 
2.) The lockers are pretty helpful for now I think. We use them to store a lot of our fitness equipment.

<@U02BKFX3R> Do we have to follow Mark Soublet on Venmo? I figure we could keep his info somewhere else. Since he’s a cab driver, there are many transactions and sometimes some people’s photos show immodesty.
