@Michael Harp, Zhenech I tried to use `configure_beaker(modules: :fixtures)`and it almost works. Locally I get

bundle exec rake beaker

to work if I run

bundle exec rake fixtures:prep

first. As fixtures:prep is not run by the acceptance workflows these fail.... From the output of puppet-pulpcore runs i see them loading
