wicla, I don't know if your issue is resolved already, but if not: set puppetserver.securityContext.runAsGroup to 0 in your values (the global securityContext is ignored while runAsNonRoot is false) and chgrp -R 0 your mounted volumes. The LoadError is the serverdata PVC shadowing the servers gems, you can copy that directoy (/opt/puppetlabs/server/data/puppetserver/jruby-gems/gems) from a fresh container into the PVC to get rid of it
